The sheer volume of CSC's inventory means that rarely do we have
to turn away a customer, or deny a piece of equipment
the customer deems necessary.
If we don't have a particular item we will sub-rent it. In the past
we have sub-rented equipment from as far away as Los Angeles and
Europe.
Should something go wrong with equipment rented from CSC, the depth of our inventory means that we will most likely be able to replace that item with an identical item within a matter of hours.
Furthermore, our technicians are on call 24 hours a day, and if their assistance is required on a location they are promptly sent- regardless if the location is in Brooklyn or New Orleans.
